We offer traditional Bikram yoga ~ the ORIGINAL hot yoga.  Classes in orange are 1 hour long, all the rest are 90 minutes.

The studio is open half an hour before class.  Be sure to be on time as latecomers will not be able to access the studio ~ our teachers and staff are dedicated yoga practitioners and we are generally all taking class.

ATTENDING YOUR FIRST CLASS

Simply choose the class time that you want to attend and plan to arrive 15 minutes early. We will get you set-up to take your first class! Please let the teacher know about any injuries or special physical circumstances.

  • The CD Howe Building (240 Sparks), opposite the studio,  offers underground parking at a reasonable rate.  The entrance is on Queen Street, between Kent and Bank.
  • Parking is FREE in the C.D. Howe building after 5.00pm Monday to Friday and all weekend from 8am on Saturday and 11am on Sunday.
  • Street – Free Monday to Friday after 5:30pm and all weekend.
  • City Lot 9 at  234 – 250 Slater Street (between Bank and Kent) – Free all weekend.
